Acronyms for the Golden Age*
*The Ascended Masters teach that a primary difficulty on the spiritual path is forgetfulness; we simply forget to do the things that help us become our Higher Selves. And while nothing can replace the “big three” of spiritual practice- daily meditation, prayer & the power of the spoken word: chanting/decrees/mantras- whether or not we take up the simple practices above can make or break creating a Golden Age, because they are simple tools for becoming our Higher Self. With that, I have created the practices as acronyms as tools to help us remember how to walk amongst our brothers and sisters, human and other than human.
