Transformation Through Adoration

Singing love songs to the Divine is perhaps the most powerful transformational practice humans can take up. It is the fast path to rapturous and radical ecstasy. Yogananda said, “Chanting is half the battle.” When we sing love songs to the Divine with all our heart, body, mind, and soul, we become a rapturous, living radiant sun that can transform the world. Maharishi Mahesh Yogi taught practices that he called “super radiance” that reportedly changed social conditions in cities when a certain number of meditators practiced them. These practices are esoteric and secret. Anyone can do RARE if they have the courage and heart for it. Below is an excerpt from my memoir that inspires this claim.
